We often hear the recommendation to “trust your gut,” to lean into your intuition when making decisions. But what if you’re not sure how to do that? In the past, I couldn’t tell the difference between my intuition, fear, or analytical mind.  With practice, however, I’ve learned to receive information from my inner self and trust that my gut is steering me down the right path.
