Quotes:
[00:07:43] Megan: Instead of knowing a little about a lot of things, I want to just know a lot about the one thing I can really help with and I really feel called to help with. [00:07:52][9.7]
[00:09:43] Megan: I'm finding that it's a better business model in terms of not burning yourself out. And you can get your message out there to the people that you really want to help. [00:09:52][8.4]
[00:13:13] Megan: If you try something out and you don't love it or it doesn't work out for you, you can shift it, you can tweak it, you can change it. [00:13:21][7.4]
[00:15:10] Megan: So a lot of the moms I work with either have fear around giving birth or they maybe have had a first baby and that birth didn't go as planned or didn't go how they expected it to, and they're left with some trauma from it. [00:15:26][15.7]
[00:19:31] Megan: I think there's just a lot of challenges, especially, you know, in our present day society around pressure for moms to do everything and to not feel insecure or uncertain. [00:19:43][11.9]
